3. Consulting Services – Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved, consulting services are non-refundable once delivered.
However, we aim to provide flexibility and satisfaction:
a) Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a booked service session with at least 10 days notice without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled session may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
b) Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us at info@racinecadree.com within 7 days of the session. We will assess the issue and may offer:
- A partial refund,
- A complimentary follow-up session,
- A credit toward future services.
4. Digital Products – Refund Policy
We take pride in offering high-quality digital products. However, due to the nature of instant access and non-returnability, all sales of digital products are final.
a) Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds for digital products may be issued under the following conditions:
- You experience technical issues that prevent access or use of the product, and we are unable to resolve them within 10 business days;
- You purchased the same digital product multiple times by mistake;
- The product was significantly misrepresented on our website.
b) Refund Request Process
To request a refund for a digital product:

- Include your order number, product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Refunds do not include any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), which are non-refundable.
- Any service fees or customization costs are non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered.

- You changed your mind after purchase without a valid reason;
- You failed to download or use the digital product due to personal technical limitations (e.g., unsupported device or browser);
- You missed scheduled consulting sessions without notice.
